Eva Martin, M.D., is a passionate advocate for innovation for patients. She received her undergraduate degree in Social and Cognitive Neuroscience from Harvard College.

Prior to medical school, Dr. Martin worked at the University of California, San Francisco conducting breast cancer research with a focus on survivorship. She received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School. After her Obstetrics and Gynecology internship training at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco, Dr. Martin founded a women’s health medical device company and developed a novel medical device for use in pregnancy and labor. The device received FDA clearance, a utility patent from the USPTO, and a prestigious US National Institutes of Health research grant.

Dr. Martin joined Roche Diagnostics in 2018 and served as a Director of Clinical Development within the Oncology and Genetics group. She currently serves as Data Strategy Lead – Clinical, where she is responsible for supporting all stages of product development, from pipeline ideation to commercialization. At Roche, she is grateful for the opportunity to support product development to meet the needs of patients worldwide.
